The Organizing Committee (PERITONEAL DIALYSIS DOCTORS ASSOCIATION) shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization of any transaction, including cases where the cardholder has exceeded the preset transaction limit agreed with the acquiring bank or due to technical issues with the payment gateway.
